When we opened our studio on West 3rd Street in Los Angeles, we did not choose the address by accident. We chose it because it sits among the hospitals and cancer centers where so many of our clients are already spending their days. For a woman managing treatment, appointments, and everything else life is asking of her, the last thing she needs is a long, difficult trip across the city to find the right wig.

Whether you live in Los Angeles or you have flown in for treatment at one of the city's world-renowned centers, we are here, and we are near. Every wig we make is a human hair wig, hand-selected, fitted, and styled by Tallie in a private consultation.

Our studio is one of the closest wig boutiques to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. We share the same Los Angeles zip code, 90048, and we are only a short drive from the hospital's Beverly Boulevard campus and the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute. Many of our clients come to us on the same day as an appointment, before treatment begins or partway through, because it is simple to add a visit to us onto a trip they are already making.

For patients flying into Los Angeles for treatment

Los Angeles draws patients from across the country and around the world for its cancer centers and specialists. If you are traveling here for treatment, we understand that your time is precious and your energy is limited. Our central location was chosen with exactly this in mind: you can see your care team and visit us for your wig in the same trip, without crossing the city twice.

For clients who cannot come in person, or who would rather begin from home before they arrive, we also offer private virtual consultations with shipping nationwide. Many of our out-of-town clients start with a video consultation, then complete their fitting in person when they are here for an appointment.

Will insurance cover my medical wig?

Many women do not realize that their insurance may reimburse part or all of the cost of a medical wig when it is prescribed as a cranial prosthesis. Coverage varies by plan, and we would never promise a specific outcome, but we can make the process far less overwhelming. We are not in network with insurance carriers, so payment is made upfront and you submit a superbill to your insurer for reimbursement; we provide the itemized documentation and prescription guidance you need, and we always recommend confirming coverage with your own plan first.
