TNT by Tallie โ€“ Wig Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our wigs. Due to the custom nature and hygiene standards of luxury human hair wigs, we enforce the following strict return policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.

Return Eligibility & Time Frame

Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery (weekends included).

You must email info@sheitels.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 48 hours with tracking confirmation.

Any item received outside this window will not be accepted.

Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Wig must be brand new, unused, unaltered, and unworn.
  2. Lace must be uncut and untouched. Cutting lace automatically voids any return eligibility.
  3. Wig must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, stuffing, nets, and materials intact.
  4. Any sign of odor, makeup, product use, tampering, or wear will make the item ineligible for return.
  5. TNT by Tallie reserves the right to determine if a wig has been altered and whether it qualifies for return.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

All custom orders are final sale. This includes any cap size alterations, ear-tab adjustments, added or removed hair, weft removals, or special measurements.

All consultations, cut, color, thinning, wash, or styling services are non-refundable, regardless of whether performed in-house or externally.

Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted wigs are final sale.

Restocking and Deductions

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, regardless of payment method. This fee reflects the time, craftsmanship, and handling associated with producing high-end, custom pieces.

A $200 deduction will apply if the lace has been cut.

Orders that included free shipping will have $15 deducted from the refund to cover outbound shipping costs.

Once a wig has been customized, altered, or the lace has been cut, it cannot be resold and does not need to be returned for refund consideration. Such items are non-returnable and final sale.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only permitted in the event of a verified defect and must meet the full return criteria above.
Replacement wigs provided via exchange are final sale.

Final Sale Policy

All custom, altered, colored, cut, or sale-priced wigs are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance.

Fraud Protection & Chargebacks

By placing an order with TNT by Tallie, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
All returns, exchanges, and disputes will be handled strictly according to the terms above.
Any chargebacks initiated in violation of these terms will be disputed using documented evidence, including delivery records, product photos, and customer communication.
