We come to you by video, and the result looks so natural that the neighbor in the next apartment would never guess.

Trying it at home before we finish

After a $50 virtual consultation, we build your wig in 1 to 5 business days and send it against a refundable payment. You have 24 to 48 hours to look at it in your own window light, which is often very different from salon lighting. Return it for a refund, or return it for us to customize. When it is right, we finish it and ship it back by 2nd Day Air or overnight.

Choosing between our two lines

Our Luxury Human Hair Wigs start at $3,000 and suit most medical clients. Our Virgin Human Hair Wigs start at $6,500 and are made from hair that has never been chemically processed, so they keep their movement for years. For thinning on top, a human hair topper may be enough.

Fitting a New York schedule

East Coast hours

Our mornings in Los Angeles are your lunch hour. Many New York clients book a call at 7 or 8 AM Pacific, which is 10 or 11 AM Eastern, and fit it around a treatment day.

Delivery to buildings with a doorman, or without one

We ship by UPS 2nd Day Air or overnight and can ask UPS to get a sign-off from you in person. If your lobby takes packages, tell us. If not, we can time delivery for a day you are home, or send it to a family member in Brooklyn, Queens or New Jersey.

Coming in from out of town

If you are staying near Memorial Sloan Kettering for treatment, we can ship to your temporary address.

Frequently asked questions

Can I be fitted without traveling to Los Angeles?

Yes. Most New York clients never visit. We measure together on video, match color through your camera and photos, and you try the wig at home before we finish it.

How fast can a wig reach Manhattan?

After the 1 to 5 business day build, UPS overnight usually arrives the next business day, and 2nd Day Air in two.

Should I order before my first chemo appointment?

If you can, yes. It is easier to match your natural color and texture while your hair is still there.

Can you ship to my hotel or temporary housing?

Yes. Give us the address and the name on the reservation, and we will ask UPS to deliver it to you in person.

Do you fit toppers?

Yes. For partial thinning a human hair topper is often lighter and less expensive than a full wig.
