If you are coming in for a single long appointment

Some Midwest clients come to Chicago only for a consultation with a specialist, then continue treatment closer to home. If that is you, the wig does not need to be tied to Chicago at all. We can start the video consultation the week of your appointment, build while you are back home, and deliver to your own front door in Peoria, Grand Rapids or Madison. Follow-up adjustments happen on video too, so there is no second trip to the city just for your hair.

After your consultation we build in 1 to 5 business days and ship by UPS 2nd Day Air or overnight against a refundable payment, partial or full, agreed on your call. I live outside Illinois but am treated in Chicago. Can I order?

Yes. We ship anywhere in the US, so the wig can go straight to your home in Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan or elsewhere.

Will the wig stay on in strong wind?

We fit Chicago clients with security in mind, using a snug cap and, if you like, a soft grip band.

What time are consultations in Central Time?

Our hours run from early morning Pacific, so a 9 AM or 10 AM Central call is easy to arrange.

Do you offer toppers?

Yes. A human hair topper is often the right first step for thinning on top.

My hair is already gone. Is it too late?

Not at all. Many medical clients come to us after hair loss. We match color from photos and your brows on camera, and fit the cap for a bare, sensitive scalp.
