- Complimentary: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 2pm, and Friday, 9am to 11am.
- Extended hours: Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 7pm, $100. Friday, 11am to 4pm, $200.
- Sunday: by appointment, $200. We are closed on Saturday.

Which visits are complimentary, and which carry a fee?
Visits Monday to Thursday from 9am to 2pm and Friday from 9am to 11am are complimentary. Extended hours are $100 Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 7pm, and $200 Friday from 11am to 4pm and on Sundays by appointment. Any visit fee is credited toward your purchase.

8362 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90048, near The Grove and about 5 minutes from Cedars-Sinai. Appointments only, Monday to Friday and Sunday. We are closed on Saturday.
What does a wig cost?
Custom human hair wigs start from approximately $3,000, and toppers from approximately $2,500. Tallie confirms the exact price for your piece during the visit.
Do you accept insurance for medical wigs?
We are out of network with every insurer. You pay for your wig, then file the superbill we provide with your plan yourself. Our superbill uses HCPCS code A9282, or L8499 if your insurer asks for it. A prescription from your doctor is required. In California, a medical wig with a prescription is exempt from sales tax. Please have your prescription ready for your visit. How does payment work?
A deposit reserves your piece, and the balance may be divided into split payments. Card payments carry a 5% fee. Tallie will walk you through the options during your visit.
How long does a custom wig take, and how many visits?
Most clients find the right wig in a single visit. In-stock wigs are prepared within 1 to 5 business days, and some are ready the same day. Fully custom pieces and cut, color or cap work take additional time, which Tallie confirms with you personally.
Can I do everything by video?

Is there anything you do not offer?
We specialize in 100% human hair for women. We do not offer synthetic wigs, men's wigs, extensions or clip-ins, and we do not repair or refill wigs purchased elsewhere.
